Prices are as follows:
Early Bird: $25 (Jan 22 - Mar 1)
Regular: $35 (Mar 1 - Mar 20)
There is a $2 discount for students who attend Purdue University. To access the discount, please complete this form.

How do I register for the Research Symposium?
There is a question on the registration form regarding your participation in our Research Symposium. However, this question was added after the initial release of the registration form. If you did not have an opportunity to sign up for the symposium and are interested in participating, please email us at mwrc@saseconnect.org!

We recommend you take the following steps to prepare for MWRC:
Download the Socio Webex App on your phone!
This will be your ultimate guide to conference details, connections, and live day-of updates/announcements.
Your phone and a power bank!
This will make sure you can keep in touch and document MWRC affairs all throughout the day.
A few copies of your Resume!
A government-issued or school ID!
You will be required to present ID upon arriving to the conference on Saturday morning.
Water and Snacks!
MWRC is a long day conference so make sure you're hydrated and nourished to keep up with all the events.
A good night's rest!
Are there any accommodations for Ramadan?
Are there any accommodations for Ramadan?
Yes! You can find the prayer room on the second floor of the Stewart Center in Room 213.
The Break and the Career Fair/Research Symposium parts of the schedule were designed to accommodate prayer times (1:34pm & 5:01pm) so you do not miss out on anything.
Food containers and dates will be available at lunch, and we will explain how to collect them at the start.

Tickets cannot be refunded, however they can be exchanged with someone who is also interested in going to conference.
If you are unable to attend and know someone who is interested and has not bought a ticket, or if you need help finding someone to exchange your ticket with, please contact mwrc@saseconnect.org.
Once you find another student to transfer the ticket to, please email mwrc@saseconnect.org with the name, major, and email of the new student you are transferring to.
